Extended Break
March 5th, 2008You’ve all noticed by now that I’ve been on an extended break from producing shows. I’m just posting that here for the benefit of those that are just finding this site. As I’ve told several of you via email, I may be back later to produce more shows, but I just don’t have the time to do so right now. No ETA on when I’ll be able to come back to this. Enjoy LotRO while you wait though, there is still a lot of good content being added to the game.
Sorry to hear there’s no end planned to the break. Was enjoying the shows and then it just stopped. Hope you’ll be able to do more shows some time soon. Have a good break

So why not turn the site over to someone who IS still interested in keeping it up-to-date? A radio broadcast site about current events is useless if it has no current events!
In my personal experience, turning sites over to random other people that *seem* trustworthy ALWAYS backfires. I did that myself with a rather successful RPG site and it’s been nothing but headaches. The site was ran into the ground, visitors got more and more nasty, etc.
I don’t know the situation here, maybe there was a secondary person to trust it with… but it really doesn’t seem like the case.
The Internet is an open market, anyone can make a new site or podcast. Go for it
I’m going to hang on to the site and podcast. I may or may not start it back up, but I’d like to keep that option open. Sometimes other responsibilities just get in the way of our hobbies.
There are other shows out there that at least occasionally mention LotRO and as mentioned anyone is free to start up their own. Maybe one day I’ll have time to put together some more shows.
